Our
Approach
We develop sufficient understanding before making consequential technical decisions, test important assumptions, and carry sound decisions through implementation.
Phase one
Define the Problem
Develop a clear understanding of the business objective, current systems, data, workflows, constraints, risks, and unresolved assumptions before committing to a solution.
We ask direct questions, examine what already exists, and resolve the uncertainty that could materially affect the work.

Phase two
Establish the Technical Direction
Capture the important requirements and decisions in useful technical documents, test material assumptions, and identify the simplest solution that adequately serves the business.
The work may include MVP scope, workflows, architecture, data models, integration definitions, risks, open questions, and implementation priorities. The purpose is not documentation for its own sake, but a technical direction that stakeholders can understand and delivery teams can act on.

Phase three
Carry Decisions Through Delivery
Take responsibility through design, implementation, validation, deployment, documentation, and handoff, while communicating important changes, risks, and tradeoffs directly.
As the work progresses, we preserve the intent behind key decisions, adapt when evidence changes, and keep the solution aligned with the business objective rather than allowing implementation to become disconnected from it.
